Chocolate Chai Cupcakes
Chai tea is a popular beverage in India, and adding its flavors to cupcakes gives them a unique and delicious twist!

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small saucepan, heat the milk until hot but not boiling. Add the chai tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and set aside to cool.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the chai-infused milk. Mix until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among 12 cupcake liners.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and ground cinnamon.

Dust the cooled cupcakes with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Enjoy!
