  1. Preheat the grill or microwave.
  2. Break the graham crackers in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Place a marshmallow on top of each graham cracker half.
  4. Place a piece of chocolate on top of each marshmallow.
  5. Place the baking sheet under the grill or in the microwave until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is melted.
  6. Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  7. Insert a wooden popsicle stick into each smore.
  8. Let them rest for 30 minutes before serving.
