Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Stir in the melted and browned butter, egg, and vanilla extract until the mixture forms a dough.

Press half of the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, toss the sliced peaches with cornstarch and cinnamon. Spread the peach mixture evenly over the dough in the baking dish.

In the same bowl used for the dough, combine the remaining dough with the brown sugar, oats, and chopped pecans. Crumble the mixture over the peaches.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
