Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and butter. Heat in the microwave until the butter melts.

Pour the melted chocolate into the condensed milk mixture and stir well.

Add the vanilla extract and sea salt, and mix until fully combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Once the candy is firm, remove it from the baking dish and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
