Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a microwave or on a stovetop using a double boiler.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until smooth.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
