Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in almond extract.

Pour the mixture into the chocolate cookie crust.

Sprinkle sliced almonds and chopped chocolate candy bars on top.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
