  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
  6. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  7. Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the dough.
  8. Crumble the remaining dough on top of the jam layer.
  9. Sprinkle the fresh raspberries and chocolate chips over the crumbled dough.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  11. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
