Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush pretzels and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.

Dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in frozen cherries and cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
