  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine the cherimoya, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and milk. Gradually add the hot cherimoya mixture to the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
  4. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the butter until melted.
  6. Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Allow the pie to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
  8. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
