Stuffing cups are a fun twist on traditional stuffing and make for a delicious and portable appetizer for parties or gatherings.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the bread slices into small cubes.

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion, celery, and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until softened.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked vegetables, bread cubes, chicken broth, beaten egg, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Grease a muffin tin and press the stuffing mixture into each cup.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
