Stuffing cups are a fun and portable way to enjoy the flavors of traditional stuffing!

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, and garlic, and sauté until softened.

Stir in the sage, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.

In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes and the sautéed vegetable mixture. Mix well.

Gradually add the chicken broth to the bread mixture, stirring until evenly moistened.

Grease a muffin tin and press the bread mixture into each cup, forming a well in the center.

Fill each well with a mixture of cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
