Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.

Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.

Press the mixture into the base of a greased springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the Kahlua, vanilla extract, and raisins.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake to cool in the oven for 1 hour.
