  2. In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese over the chips.
  4. Add a layer of black beans and pickled jalapenos.
  5. Sprinkle with ground cumin, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and fresh cilantro on top.
