Cheesy Hash Brown Cups
Hash browns were originally created in Switzerland, but they gained popularity in the United States as a breakfast dish.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Thaw the frozen hash browns and squeeze out any excess moisture.

In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and chopped green onions. Mix well.

Grease a muffin tin and divide the hash brown mixture evenly among the cups. Press the mixture down with a spoon to form cups.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the hash brown cups are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Carefully remove the hash brown cups from the muffin tin and serve hot.
