In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Heat milk and butter in a small saucepan until butter melts. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.

Flatten each piece of dough and place a mixture of cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese in the center.

Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.

Place the filled buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle garlic powder and chopped parsley on top of the buns.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
