In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.

Shape the dough into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and coat them in graham cracker crumbs.

Place the coated balls on the prepared baking sheet and flatten them slightly with the bottom of a glass.
