  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.
  4. Fold in the toffee bits and chocolate chips. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Then, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the chilled cheesecake bars.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
