In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine bread flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and knead until smooth.

Add butter and knead until well incorporated. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal parts. Shape each part into a ball.

Flatten each ball and place a mixture of cheddar and Parmesan cheese in the center. Fold the dough over the cheese and seal the edges.

Place the cheese-filled dough balls on a baking sheet and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
