In a medium bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cardamom.

In a large bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix well.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Cut open the chai tea bags and add the contents to the cookie dough. Mix well.

Fold in the white chocolate chips.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
