In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture over the tart crust.

Bake the tart crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until set.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Pour the chocolate ganache over the baked tart crust and spread it evenly.

Place the tart in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 1 hour, or until the ganache is set.
