Carrot Fritters
Carrots are a great source of beta carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body.
This is vegetarian and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 30 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion and garlic.

In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, chopped onion, minced garlic, all-purpose flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper.

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add them to the carrot mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Take a spoonful of the carrot mixture and drop it into the hot oil. Flatten it slightly with the back of the spoon.

Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or yogurt.
