Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar until well combined. Remove from heat.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until well combined.

Press the dough into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the dough.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the pecans, spreading evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.

Cut into bars and serve.
