Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.

Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.

Drizzle the caramel sauce over the apples.

Dot the top of the pie with cubed butter.

Roll out the remaining pie crust and place it over the filling. Seal the edges and cut slits in the top crust for ventilation.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
