  2. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.
  3. Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the camembert cheese, cream cheese, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and lemon juice.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Then, remove the sides of the springform pan.
  9. Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
