  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, oats, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and butternut squash puree. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
