Add the melted butter, warm milk, and beaten egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll.

Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet, cover with the kitchen towel, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
