  1. Heat butter in a pan and add chopped onions. Cook until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, and green chili. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool and then blend it into a smooth paste.
  5. In the same pan, add butter and the tomato-onion paste.
  6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Add cashew nut paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Add water and bring the mixture to a boil.
  9. Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  10. Add garam masala powder, kasuri methi, and fresh cream. Mix well.
  11. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  13. Serve hot with naan or rice.
