In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

Add black beans, corn kernels, jalapeno pepper, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Place tortillas on a baking sheet and spread the bean mixture evenly on each tortilla. Fold the tortillas in half and press gently.
