In a bowl, combine buckwheat flour, all-purpose flour, yeast, salt, and chile powder.

Boil the potato until tender, then mash it.

Add mashed potato, honey, water, and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix well.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
