Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a bowl, mix together the brie cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
