  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
