  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions.
  6. Roll out each portion into an oval shape. Place the roasted green chiles, cilantro, and garlic powder on one side of each naan.
  7. Fold the other side of the naan over the filling and seal the edges.
