Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened.

Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet. Spread the cooked vegetables evenly over the dough.

Make 4 wells in the vegetable mixture and crack an egg into each well. Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the top.
