  5. Dip each Brussels sprout half into the flour, then into the beaten egg, and finally into the bread crumb mixture.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the breaded Brussels sprouts until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the fried Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
