Brandied Fig Bundles
Figs have been cultivated for thousands of years and are one of the oldest known fruits.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut a cross into the top of each fig and gently press the base to open up the fig.

Drizzle brandy over the figs and let them soak for 10 minutes.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 8 squares.

Place a fig in the center of each square.

Drizzle honey over the figs and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Fold the corners of the pastry over the figs and pinch to seal.

Place the bundles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Melt butter and brush over the pastry.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
