In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onion, eggs, flour, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Spoon the potato mixture into the hot oil, forming small pancakes. Flatten the pancakes with the back of a spoon.
