Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract, and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
