Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine the blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, oats, remaining granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until just combined.

Spread half of the crumble mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the blueberry and peach mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the fruit.
