Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the stems from the portabella mushrooms and gently scrape out the gills.

In a bowl, mix together the blue cheese, fresh thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the blue cheese mixture.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
