  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Add vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and yellow food coloring to the whipped cream. Mix well.
  4. Pour the melted dark chocolate into the egg-shaped candy molds, filling them halfway.
  5. Spoon the whipped cream mixture on top of the dark chocolate, leaving a small space for the white chocolate.
  6. Melt the white chocolate and pour it over the whipped cream in the molds.
  7. Refrigerate the molds for at least 2 hours until the chocolate sets.
  8. Gently remove the bittersweet creme eggs from the molds and serve chilled.
