Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, mix together the Bisquick mix, canned pumpkin, egg, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gently fold in the raisins.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.
