In a large bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until well combined.

Crumble the cooked bacon and stir it into the batter along with the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
