  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles to fit the tartlet molds.
  3. Press the crust into the molds and prick the bottom with a fork.

  5. Spoon the berry mixture into the tartlet crusts.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and water together to make an egg wash.
