Berries and Buttermilk Puddings

In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. Top each ramekin with a handful of mixed berries.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the puddings are set and golden brown.
