  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer with sliced bananas, pineapple chunks, and strawberries. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
  4. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  6. Serve chilled and garnish with maraschino cherries.
