  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  3. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the mashed bananas, eggs, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer the cheesecake to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  11. Serve chilled with a dollop of sour cream on top.
