In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.

In a separate bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix, milk, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Fold in the whipped topping into the pudding mixture.

Layer the bottom of a baking dish with vanilla wafers.

Slice bananas and place them on top of the vanilla wafers.

Pour half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.

Repeat the layers with remaining vanilla wafers, bananas, and pudding mixture.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
