Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a medium bowl, mash the bananas and papayas together until smooth.

In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with the milk.

Fold in the mashed banana and papaya mixture.
