  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
  7. Drop a spoonful of Nutella onto the top of each cupcake and swirl it into the batter using a toothpick or skewer.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
