  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Let it cool slightly.
  5. Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
