Kugelhopf
Kugelhopf is a traditional cake from the Alsace region of France and is also popular in Germany. It is known for its distinctive shape, with a hole in the center, which is achieved by using a special kugelhopf mold.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add melted butter and milk.

Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until well combined.

Stir in raisins and almonds.

Grease a kugelhopf mold and pour the batter into it.

Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the mold for 10 minutes.

Invert the mold onto a serving plate and dust with powdered sugar.
